B-Girl Kate

From the city of Kharkiv in Ukraine, B-Girl Kate is a member of South Front crew and started breaking in 2009, at the age of 14.

All about simplicity in execution, while adding logical blow-ups to her style, Kate started breaking in what was known as 'extreme dance class' before finding her first breaking teacher, a B-Boy named Serg from HBTC crew. He introduced Kate to what breaking was all about, taught her the basics and gave her DVDs with the first battles she ever watched.

Kate has won plenty of competitions in her career, including the Outbreak Europe solo B-Girl competition three times, in 2013, 2017 and 2018. The 2013 win is one of the proudest achievements for Kate, as it was her first trip abroad and she entered only hoping to get through the qualification. She's also proud of winning the 3v3 battle at the 2017 Red Bull BC One World Finals in Holland, battling with her good friends B-Boys Victor and Sunni.

Inspired by the love and support from her family and friends, Kate loves the training, and mental and physical health that the breaking lifestyle gives her. She also loves that she's able to meet different people and travel to new place.

Fully living in the moment, Kate wants to keep living the B-Girl lifestyle and growing within it.
